After having submitted an online reservation or making a reservation via mail or fax or phone.
We will confirm your reservations as soon as possible.
To confirm your reservations please make a deposit payment at minimum THB 400 or full amount.
The deposit payment can be paid via PayPal. After the PayPal confirmed your payment to us, the booking is confirmed and we will issue you the receipt as soon as possible.
In case of the receipt has not been sent to your email after 48 hours please send the PayPal reference document which you have made a payment to us.
The remaining amount is required to pay upon arrival by cash in Thai Baht.
The additional expenses during your stay can be paid by cash in Thai Baht.
If you preferred to make a payment by credit card, we recommend to pay the full amount while making the deposit payment. If there is the remaining money after deducted the total expenses we will refund in cash upon departure.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Free of charge for amend a reservation details that cause the reservations price increase.
The deposit paid refundable amount is depending on the cancellation period.

deduct THB 100 and the balance amount is refunded
prior 7 – 13 days of arrival day
deduct THB 200 and the balance amount is refunded
prior 6 – 3 days of arrival day
deduct THB 300 and the balance amount is refunded
Less than 3 daysor no show
The first night’s rental rate will be charged and the balance amount is refunded
